Welcome to the home page of the 5th Annual SIHI Conference

The conference was held on Thursday 12th June 2003 in Portsmouth

Conference objective

The Government's aim to modernise the NHS has focussed a large number of minds on how information and communication technologies (ICT) can be used to deliver and evaluate healthcare services.

The conference brought together those who are working on all aspects of health informatics to exchange information about new initiatives and good practice.

Venue

The venue for the conference was the University of Portsmouth's Portland Building, on the Guildhall campus, near to the city centre and convenient for access by car or train.
